Description:

Once in a while I indulge myself by going to one of the most lovely beaches here in Hawaii, Lanikai Beach. In Hawaiian, lani means heaven, or heavenly, and kai means ocean, salt water. The beach couldn't be named more aptly. Shed of its details: tourists, boats and evening strollers, here it is. I love the bold-brush style and how it accentuates the feeling in the air.
